Customer Service

Calissa Bart

Director of Administration

Calissa Bart began her career during her senior year in high school through the Cooperative Office Education program in the commercial billing department of the New Orleans Sewerage and Water Board.  She remained there as a full-time employee after high school, and then served as a contract specialist/customer service representative for Pitney Bowes for 10 years.

She joined the printing industry with Harvey Press where she met her mentor Paul Alker. He imparted his extensive knowledge of printing techniques, terminology, and the technical aspects of printing to her.  This education and experience secured her foundation as a printing customer service representative.

Bart has more than 34 years’ customer service experience nearly 24 years of that in the printing industry. She is a native of New Orleans and studied business at the University of New Orleans.

Darleen Moreau

Sales/Customer Service Representative

Darleen Moreau’s comprehensive printing and administrative experience began at Circle Art Typography where she began building her offset printing foundation by learning typesetting and film development. She moved to Brennan’s House of Printing for nearly 10 years and honed her skills in half-tone negative development, photomechanical transfer prints, and negative stripping for plate making.  Her knowledge and knack for resolving issues led her to a customer service position that included paper, ink, and finishing recommendations for clients.  Eventually, she was estimating incoming jobs, ordering paper, and running production for both press and bindery.

She took a brief leave from the printing industry to apply her office manager skills at Trademasters, Inc. in the Commercial Air Conditioning/Restaurant Equipment Service area.  Her duties included account payable and receivable, weekly payroll, and handled service calls for eight service technicians.

Moreau returned to printing at Harvey-Hauser Printing and worked as a customer service representative for two Salespeople.  Her duties included securing estimates for potential projects, working in the electronic ordering system, and following through on all aspects of the job including billing. She continues her work as a customer service representative today for Garrity Solutions where she handles accounts for five Salespeople. Moreau is a native of New Orleans and a graduate of Riverdale High School.

Donna Nye

Sales/Customer Service Representative

Donna Nye is a native of New Orleans and has worked at Garrity Solutions since 1998. Her extensive knowledge of the offset printing business began at Wendel Printing in 1983 where she spent most of her fifteen years there perfecting the processes and methods of the bindery facet of the industry.  She then embarked on her career as a Customer Service Representative for Tom’s Printing in 1998.

Nye expertise with clients is evident.  She handles more than ten accounts for Garrity Solutions and coordinates these efforts from inception to completion.

Mary Jane Crist

Sales/Customer Service Representative

Mary Jane Crist (MJ) has more than 32 years’ experience in the printing industry.  Her attention to detail, deference to deadlines, and comprehensive process knowledge of moving a creative idea to a tangible product ensures that any project she handles will be successful.

Crist started her career in printing at Franklin Southland in the early 1980’s as a receptionist. The management at Franklin quickly realized her potential.  She accepted the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with customer service of house accounts, traffic management, accounting, and purchasing.  She is a native of New Orleans and a graduate of the Academy of Holy Angels.
